Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we cannot ship your order within that time, we will let you know by email and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping options and costs

We offer standard shipping, with optional shipping insurance. The shipping options available for your order and their costs, including any free shipping offer, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the carrier and on your location. Any delivery times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation to the email address you used for your order, including tracking information when it is available.

Wrong address, lost or damaged packages

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, or if your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@wunder-well.com and we will help.
